Annie Cobb Harris

Annie Belle Cobb Harris, 93, of Troy, died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Autumn Care of Biscoe. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Eldorado Baptist Church, where she was a member, with Rev. Jack Luther officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Born April 6, 1920, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of Joe and Pat Coggins Cobb. She was a home maker and was preceded in death by her husband, Rhuell M.”Bear” Harris in 1980. Mrs. Harris is survived by her two sons, Donnie Harris of Asheboro and Mike Harris of Sarasota, FL; a sister, Vernie Surratt of Denton; 3 Grandchildren, Joe Harris, Brian Harris and Dawn Harris; 1 Great-grandchild, Peyton Harris. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Briggs Funeral Home in Troy. Memorials may be made to Eldorado Baptist Church, 4667 NC Hwy # 109 N., Troy, NC 27371
