Annie Buie Gallimore

Mrs. Annie Buie Gallimore, age 76, of Denton Road, Denton died Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at Thomasville Medical Center. A graveside service will be 1:30 pm Thursday, January 10 at Denton Town Cemetery with Rev. Trevor Foster officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:00 pm Thursday, prior to the service, at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. Mrs. Gallimore was born September 7, 1936 in Randolph County to Glenn and Eula Lamb Buie. She was a member of High Rock Baptist Church. She had worked at Surratt Hosiery, Thornton Hosiery and retired from Councill Company. She loved growing flowers. Mrs. Gallimore was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Edith Jean Gordon and Nannie Mae Ingram. Mrs. Gallimore is survived by her husband W. Roy Gallimore of the home, son Gary Gallimore of Denton, brother, David Buie and sister, Etta Marie Rogers, both of Denton.
