Candor- Mrs. Anne Dickeson Osborne, 75 of Graham St., Candor, died Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at Pine Lake Nursing Home in Carthage. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Waterloo, NY. A native of Ontario, NY, Mrs. Osborne was born on May 25, 1931 to Fred Dickeson and . She was a medical secretary and had attended Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. Mrs. Osborne is survived by her husband, James Osborne of Candor; 3 sons, Bill Powers of Candor, Rick Powers of Ontario, NY and Bob Powers of Rochester, NY; 2 Step Daughters, Cindy Bourne of Geneva, NY and Linda Conklen of Jacksonville, FL; 1 brother, Les Dickeson of California; 14 Grandchildren; 3 Great-grandchildren.
