Ann "Sissy" Beck

Mrs. Mildred Ann “Sissy” Fritts Beck, age 67, of Denton died Monday, December 22 at Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem. Funeral service for Mrs. Beck is 11:00 am Friday, December 26 at Floyd Baptist Church with Rev. Shane Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church following the service and other times at the home of niece Alexis Fowler on Floyd Church Road. Mrs. Beck was born September 15, 1947 in Davidson County to Calvin and Octavia Frank Fritts. She was a homemaker and a member of Floyd Baptist Church. She was a charter member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Healing Springs Fire Department. She was preceded in death by her father who died in 1977 and her mother in 1987. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Jackie Fritts. Mrs. Beck is survived by her husband, Richard Beck of the home, daughter Lanny Krause and husband Kevin of Clemmons and grandchildren Kaleb and Kierstyn. She is also survived by special nephew Jason and niece Alexis and special great nephews Wyatt and Garrett and great niece Katelyn. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made payable to Mike Misenheimer and designated to the Floyd Baptist Church Youth Group, 582 Cap Ingram Rd., Lexington, NC 27292
